User Advisory Council
By establishing a committee called the "User Advisory Council," McM is able to gain insight to our customers' needs on a regular basis. These needs or requests are implemented into the system annually by a recommendation of the User Advisory Council. If a change is requested and not voted upon by the council, a customer may elect to have it custom-programmed into the system for a fee. The next McM release will include the customization for all customers at no additional charge. Every customer benefits!
